- The status shows "delivered" but you haven't actually received it,

If you would like to provide specific delivery instructions to the courier, allowing them to leave the parcel at a safe location, kindly communicate those instructions directly to the courier.
Please keep in mind that by granting authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you acknowledge that we will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the parcel while it's left at the specified address according to your instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the designated location is secure and protected.
