Shipping Policy
Welcome to GROOV (NZ). Please review the details below regarding order processing, delivery times, and international shipping terms.
Domestic Orders (New Zealand)
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Shipping fees for both domestic and international orders are non-refundable.
Ready-to-Ship Orders
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday and dispatched from Christchurch, New Zealand within 1–3 working days.
- If all items are in stock, dispatch is typically within 48 hours.
- If an item is out of stock, we will either order it into our store or ship it directly from the manufacturer.
Delivery Time:
Once collected by our courier partners, NZ deliveries may arrive overnight in some regions or take 3–10 working days depending on location.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order has been processed.
Multiple Shipments:
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to stock availability.
Sale Periods:
High-volume events may extend processing and delivery times. For current item availability, please check each product page or contact us for an ETA.
ETAs are estimates only and may change due to supplier stock or transit delays. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
Products Marked “Available for Order”
Items listed as Available for Order typically deliver within 2–8 weeks after we place the order with suppliers.
We will dispatch your item via courier the same day we receive it from the supplier.

Order Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If any device or accessory is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Pick-Up (Christchurch City)
You may select Pickup at checkout.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule your pickup.
If your item is on backorder, we will notify you once it is ready for pickup.
Pickup Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your pickup appointment, please provide at least 6 hours' notice.
Shipping to Australia & Worldwide
Australia
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days
Please note that our product pricing and checkout totals do not include these charges. Any additional fees requested by your local customs authority or courier are separate from your payment to GROOV (NZ) and are not collected or controlled by us.
Rest of the World
Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees:
The purchaser is responsible for all VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, and similar costs required by the importing country.
Please note that our product pricing and checkout totals do not include these charges. Any additional fees requested by your local customs authority or courier are separate from your payment to GROOV (NZ) and are not collected or controlled by us.
What your payment covers:
Your payment to us includes the cost of the product(s) and shipping only.
Any additional amount requested by the courier is an import/customs charge for bringing goods into your country.
Why these fees are not included at checkout:
These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities (and collected by the courier on their behalf).
As a result, we cannot estimate, charge, or remove these fees at checkout.
We are unable to pay or waive these customs/import fees on your behalf. If you need clarification on how the charges were calculated, you may contact your courier directly.
