Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy:

GROOV (NZ) is pleased to offer Free Delivery on domestic orders over NZD 250* (Excludes medium size items and bulky items)

For orders that are NZD 249.99 or under, there will be a delivery fee. Please see the shipping cost at checkout. Please note that the shipping cost for domestic and international orders are non-refundable.

We process orders daily, Monday-Friday and dispatch all orders from Christchurch, New Zealand.

If the product/s are in our inventory, we aim to have them ready for dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. If a product/s is not in stock, we will order the item into a store or dispatch the item directly to you from the manufacturer.

Once your order is with our courier partners, New Zealand-wide deliveries typically take overnight in some areas or between 3 – 10 working days following dispatch.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order has been processed. Please note: if you have ordered multiple items, your order may be sent in separate installments (due to stock levels and availability).

Please be patient as there are currently delays in courier services impacting delivery times and our store stock levels. If you would like to check if the items in your order are in stock, we recommend you go to each product page or contact us before placing an order. Please note that the ETA we provided on the product page is estimated and subject to change, depending on the supplier stock level and transit time. We will contact you if there are any serious delays. 

During sale periods, there may be a delay in delivery time due to a high volume of orders.

When you received your order:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days if the "devices or accessories" are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Pick up in Christchurch City:

Simply select “Pickup” at checkout, then complete your purchase online.

Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you the notification email then you can schedule a pickup.

Shipping to Australia and the rest of the world:

We are currently shipping to Australia and the rest of the world using the International Air Small Parcel service (shipping usually takes 3-10 business days)

We ship worldwide using the International Air Small Parcel service (shipping usually takes 15-25 business days).

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by the importing country. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost.

You are also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country 
You agree to indemnify GROOV (NZ) for any and all costs, fees and expenses incurred by GROOV (NZ) as a result of the violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.

International shipments are final sales (non-refundable)
