Welcome to GROOV (NZ)! We are excited to offer you our shipping services. Here are the details:

Domestic Orders (New Zealand):

We provide Free Delivery on domestic orders over NZD 189* (excluding medium-sized items and bulky items). However, for orders totaling NZD 188.99 or less, a delivery fee will be applied. You can find the shipping cost displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping costs for domestic and international orders are non-refundable.

Ready-to-ship Orders:

We process ready-to-ship orders Monday through Friday and dispatch them from Christchurch, New Zealand, within 1-3 working days. If the product(s) you ordered are in stock, we aim to have them ready for dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. In case a product(s) is out of stock, we will either order it into a store or dispatch it directly to you from the manufacturer.

Once your order is with our courier partners, New Zealand-wide deliveries typically take overnight in certain areas or between 3 – 10 working days following dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order has been processed. Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, they may be sent in separate shipments due to stock levels and availability.

During sale periods, there may be a delay in delivery time due to a high volume of orders, which may affect delivery times and our store's stock levels. To check the availability of items in your order, we recommend visiting each product page or contacting us before placing an order for ETA 

Please note that the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is subject to change based on supplier stock levels and transit time. If there are any significant delays, we will promptly contact you.

Teenage Engineering items marked "Available For Order":

We may ship your order from our overseas warehouse or transfer it to our office in Christchurch, then send it to you.

In some cases, we will order from Teenage Engineering Sweden. Delivery is expected approximately 1-2 weeks after we place the order with Sweden, and we'll make every effort to send it out to you via courier on the same day we receive it.

Valve Steam Deck items marked "Available For Order":

Refer to the product page for the estimated delivery time, located above the "add-to-cart" button.

For other products marked "Available For Order":

are ordered from the manufacturer once a month at the end of each month.

Delivery is expected approximately 1-3 weeks after we place the order with suppliers, and we'll make every effort to send it out to you via courier on the same day we receive it.

Upon receiving your order:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the "devices or accessories" are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within three days. This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and make it right.

Pick up in Christchurch City:

To select the "Pickup" option at checkout, simply complete your purchase online. After placing your order, you will receive a notification email with instructions to schedule a pickup. Important note: If the product is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as it is ready for pickup. To check the availability of items in your order, we recommend visiting each product page.

Pickup Booking cancellation policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we greatly appreciate at least 6 hours' notice.

Shipping to Australia and the rest of the world:

We currently offer shipping to Australia using the NZ Post International service, with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 business days. For worldwide shipping, we utilize the NZ Post International service, which typically takes 15-25 business days for delivery.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, and similar charges required by the importing country. We do not collect these charges in advance and cannot provide an estimate of their cost.

International shipments are considered final sales and are non-refundable.
