Our Warranty Policy
All GROOV products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the original date of purchase. If a fault arises within this period, please get in touch — we'll assist in lodging a warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Please note: We are unable to process claims for products outside the 12-month warranty window.

- Outside the warranty period, any outcome is entirely at the manufacturer's discretion. We cannot guarantee that your request will be approved.
- If approved, the manufacturer may require you to ship the product directly to them. As a reseller, we are unable to manage this logistics process on your behalf.
- Once submitted, we encourage you to follow up with the manufacturer directly, as we will have limited visibility into their review timeline.
